Location: Granite Falls
Rehab Visions, a rehab therapy provider, is seeking a dedicated Rehab Director for a full‑time, on‑site role in Willmar, Minnesota. You will oversee the rehabilitation department/clinic, manage staff, budget and programs, and ensure quality and compliance across all therapy services.
The ideal candidate has five or more years in therapy with director/manager experience, multi‑discipline leadership, and advanced degrees in PT or OT, ready to drive productivity and patient care in a SNF setting.
