AboutThe Role
Louis Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Process Manager to serve as the internal escalation-level technical resource for production and a key partner to Operations leadership. This role bridges engineering intent and shop-floor execution, providing hands-on process support, troubleshooting, and operational leadership across the plant.
What This Role Does- Serve as the primary internal technical escalation resource for production issues
- Act as backup / second-in-command to the Director of Operations
- Lead process analysis, optimization, and stabilization across manufacturing operations
- Establish and maintain cycle times, setup standards, and routers for operational use
- Perform root-cause analysis on recurring quality, scrap, downtime, and productivity issues
- Validate equipment capability and production readiness for new and existing processes
- Provide technical leadership during downtime or complex production disruptions
- Translate engineering intent into executable, repeatable shop-floor processes
- 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or technical operations
- Strong working knowledge of CNC, laser, press brake, turret, welding, and automation processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production and process issues
- Experience with cycle time analysis, standard work, and process documentation
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM systems (Solid Works preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

The Pay Range For This Role Is 75,000 - 95,000 USD per year(Business Address)
