Responsible for safely, accurately and efficiently performing various material movement and inventory related activities such as receiving, putting away, pulling, verifying, identifying, staging, routing and/or delivering to provide internal customers the right materials at the right time.

- Puts away materials in correct inventory locations, verifies and identifies products and quantities, and accurately updates system as needed.
- Performs and completes all assigned tasks in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner; reports any issues related to quality, delivery, cost, safety, moral or environment.
- Prioritizes, pulls and stages, routes, or delivers materials needed by internal customers; verifies and identifies products, quantities and destinations.
- Moves materials (raw material, work in process, finished goods or kits) between defined locations as needed.
- Follows all procedures including but not limited to material handling, work instructions, ISO procedures, material specifications, and job safety analysis.
- Ensures inventory accuracy; performs inventory counts.
- Investigates inventory issues and performs root cause analysis.
- Operates forklifts and/or other powered equipment.
- Uses scanner and/or computer system.
- Actively participates in continuous improvement, 5S and workplace organization activities.
- Provides short-term support as needed across the organization.
- Completes other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Computer skills:
Updating ERP system with locations, checking inventory levels, reading prints, and printing stock labels - Takes ownership and prides themselves in delivering a high-quality product
- Able to maintain a reliable and consistent attendance record
- Flexible and able to work 10-hour days for a 4-6 month period
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
The target hourly range is $19.50 - $22.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
