Plant Foreman (Maintenance) – Looking for an Operations Role with Impact? Join Us as a Plant Foreman! Enviro Tech Services (ETS) is hiring a Plant Foreman to lead daily plant operations while supporting production, maintenance, and team coordination.

• Oversee the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment, manage material flow, and ensure high-quality production standards.
• Operations & Production Oversight:
  Supervise day-to-day plant activities, including blending, loading/unloading materials, and coordinating work orders to meet production goals.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Uphold all OSHA and company safety standards. Maintain clean, compliant, and well-organized facilities and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
  Support the maintenance of plant machinery, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate repairs with internal and external technicians.
• Inventory & Logistics Coordination:
  Monitor raw material levels, track inventory, and communicate with logistics and fleet teams to ensure smooth product delivery and operations.

• 3-5 years of experience in plant operations, industrial production, or a related leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance processes, and safety practices.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends as needed during peak season.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on approach to troubleshooting.

• Hourly Pay: $23-$32 per hour (based on experience)
