This is a full-time, on-site position based in Benson, MN, for an Operations Technician. The role involves performing troubleshooting, conducting preventive maintenance, and assisting with electrical system tasks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing operational issues and contributing to process improvements while maintaining clear and effective communication with the team. The role requires hands‑on involvement in industrial cleaning and remediation operations, following safety protocols and adhering to company standards.

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving technical and operational issues.
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance and a working understanding of Electricity for equipment upkeep and operational reliability.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in an industrial environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of industrial cleaning processes is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are an advantage.
