Job Title
General Laborer – Manufacturing
LocationHector, MN
Position SummaryAs a General Laborer at Loftness, you will work in a hands‑on manufacturing environment, assisting with a variety of production tasks. This role involves supporting machine operators, assembling components, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of agricultural and VM equipment
- Load, unload, and move parts and materials throughout the plant
- Operate basic tools and equipment as directed
- Inspect parts for quality and report issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and work instructions
- Additional duties may be added at anytime based on business needs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Expected 40 hours per week
