Requirements and

Qualifications:

Experience in material mixing, compounding, or regulated manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail and documentation.
Comfort with repetitive and precision work.
Required to lift up to 25 lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares and processes raw silicone and plastic materials by mixing and milling to create compounds used in medical device manufacturing.
Weigh and mix materials per batch records and formulas.
Operate mixing and milling equipment.
Monitor material consistency, color, and quality.
Maintain documentation, material traceability, and equipment cleanliness.
Work in cleanroom environments.
