Location: Delano, MN area

Wage:

• 1st Shift: $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
• 2nd Shift: $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Hours:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities of the production assembly worker:

• Assemble and finish products for construction applications
• Safely operate industrial saws, power equipment, and hand tools
• Follow job sheets and technical diagrams (training provided)
• Document work and complete production logs accurately
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily output goals

Requirements of the production assembly worker:

• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
• Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Interest in learning new skills like welding (training available)
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
