Requirements and

Qualifications:

Manufacturing or assembly experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfort with repetitive and precision work.
Required to lift up to 25 lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for trimming, finishing, and inspecting molded silicone and plastic medical components to meet quality and cosmetic requirements.
Trim flash and excess material from molded parts using hand tools.
Perform visual inspection with a microscope for defects (tears, bubbles, incomplete fill).
Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
Maintain lot traceability and basic production documentation.
Work in cleanroom environments.
