Requirements and

Qualifications:

Manufacturing or machine-operator experience; mechanical aptitude; prior molding experience preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operates molding equipment to produce silicone and plastic components, ensuring parts meet process and quality standards.
Operate and monitor molding presses or injection molding machines.
Load material, remove molded parts and perform basic inspections.
Document production data and report process issues.
Support troubleshooting and routine machine adjustments.
Work in cleanroom environments.
