Dairy Farmers of America - - - Responsibilities:
Operate the separator system according to defined processing parameters to achieve optimum processing efficiencies and ensure the highest quality product while minimizing downtime;
Ensure all process documentation is completed correctly at designated intervals and entered into SAP as required;
Perform CIP as needed on all related equipment and perform manual cleaning as necessary;
Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area throughout the facility and common areas;
Assist in the training and development of new operators
