The Rework Processor must ensure all generated rework is collected and processed in required time frames and is coded accurately per the allergen table by performing the following duties.

• Collects products to be reworked throughout the plant within the designated time limit.
• Records pounds collected on ‘Rework Collection Log’ noting the time of pick up, pound collected and the reason rework was generated.
• Transfers rework to processing area by using a cart while keeping different coded rework product in separate containers to prevent cross contamination.
• Bags up rework and complete a tag to attach to each bag. Tags must include time of collection, work order number, rework code and rack number.
• Ensures reworked products are racked and pushed into the freezer to cool down within required time limit.
• Dismantles and cleans equipment according to standard sanitation procedures and then reassembles it.
• Acquires knowledge of Trident’s Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions.
• Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.

This role is non-exempt at $22.52 to $26.43 per hour.
