If so, we are looking for you!

About Us

MNL is a full‑service ecological restoration company dedicated to Healing the Earth. Our services include native seed and plant production, shoreline and wetland restoration, prescribed burns, conservation grazing, vegetation management, and ecological consulting. We also support solar and infrastructure projects with pollinator‑friendly practices and land stewardship expertise.

Our Greenhouse team grows and maintains more than 2 million native perennials across over 200 species each year, serving retail, wholesale, and commercial customers.

We are hiring multiple Seasonal Greenhouse Production Technicians to support plant production from April through October. Start and end dates are flexible based on availability.

We welcome applicants who are available for the full season as well as those who can begin part‑time and expand availability as schedules allow.

This is a hands‑on production support role working under the direction of our Greenhouse Production Specialists. Your primary focus will be assisting with daily plant care and greenhouse production tasks to ensure plants meet quality and timing standards.

Weekend coverage may be required as part of a staggered schedule to support seven‑day plant care operations.

What You Will Do

  • Water, weed, trim, and perform general plant maintenance.
  • Seed plants and transplant seedlings into larger containers as they grow.
  • Fill soil trays and prepare greenhouse space for plant production.
  • Assist with collecting and recording basic production data.
  • Maintain clean, organized greenhouse and production spaces.
  • Follow daily work direction from Production Specialists and uphold plant care and safety standards.
  • Support greenhouse fulfillment or facilities activities as needed.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

  • Experience in horticulture, landscaping, agriculture, construction, or other hands‑on work preferred.
  • Interest in native plants and habitat restoration.
  • Ability to perform physical labor in greenhouse and outdoor conditions, including heat and humidity.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the workday.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong reliability and ability to maintain a consistent assigned schedule.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
