CNC Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in sustainable manufacturing and plastic recycling, is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Garfield, MN

Pay Range: $17-$18/hour

Shift:1st

Shift: Monday-Thursday 6 am-3 pm and Friday 6 am-noon.
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday6 pm-2:30 am or 6 pm to 6 am.

• Operate and manage CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.
• Set up CNC equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production runs.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to optimize results.
• Conduct daily checks to guarantee machinery functionality and safety.
• Record production and quality data to maintain comprehensive logs.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
