Twin City Staffing is seeking a CNC operator and programmer to join a cutting-edge team in Blaine! This unique position utilizes modern conversational software, allowing you to program directly at the machine. Location: Blaine, MN
Wage: $30.00 - $36.00/hr. | DOE
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday
(Alternative 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Thursday available)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

- Determine cut positions and optimal speed/feed ratios
- Setup and align tooling using precision instruments
- Monitor machine functionality and make adjustments
- Maintain high focus on quality and precision
- 3+ years of machinist experience
- 2-3 years of experience with CNC lathes
- Strong math skills and blueprint proficiency
- Skilled with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ability to learn conversational programming
- Manual machining background is a plus
- Welding skills are a valuable asset
