Job Title: Production Laborer – Manufacturing
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Shift: Day Shift | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Thursday
We’re hiring Production Laborers to help manufacture environmental and erosion control products. This is hands‑on, physical work in a fast‑paced production environment.
Job Duties- Operate production equipment and machinery
- Load/unload large materials (not extremely heavy, but bulky)
- Perform basic equipment checks and cleanup
- Follow safety rules and PPE requirements
- Work with the team to meet daily production goals
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with hand tools a plus
- Able to lift up to 50–100 lbs
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions and in high dust areas
- Reliable attendance and flexible with hours, nights or weekends may be required
