Twin City Staffing is seeking an advanced CMM programmer to join a leading manufacturing team in the Fridley, MN area! This role focuses on high-level Hexagon CMM operation and PC-DMIS programming. Location: Fridley, MN
Wage: $30.00 - $37.00/hr. | DOE
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday
Position Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire

- Program and operate Hexagon CMMs using PC-DMIS
- Program and run OGP Vision Systems
- Perform inspections at all production stages
- Complete accurate inspection reports and documentation
- Coordinate with Engineering and Gage Control departments
- Support internal training alongside the QA Manager
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards
- Conduct root cause analysis and product disposition
- Assist with Gage R&R and machine validation
- Advanced proficiency in programming Hexagon CMMs
- Extensive experience with PC-DMIS software
- Knowledge of vision system programming (OGP, Measure Mind, Zone 3, or Measure X)
- Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
- Background in a high-precision manufacturing environment
