Join us as we grow! Our new Randolph, MN location is set to open its doors in early May 2026, and we are beginning the hiring process now. To get you started on the right foot, this position may include in-person training period at our Le Sueur, MN facility.

• Perform process control checks and actively communicate the results
• Assist with trial coordination as needed by engineers by helping develop testing protocols, adapting protocols, or managing audits
• Perform routine live control monitoring audits
• Assist Process Engineering in providing manufacturing support by learning to analyze data and identify manufacturing issues
• Work with operators on basic process and engineering changes
• Assist in identifying manufacturing issues by working with Process Engineering to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventative action
• Possess and display a strong knowledge of and troubleshooting skills for the following: mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, switches, motor starters, contractors, hoists, material handling equipment, and other components of the production facility and/or material handling equipment
• Possess a strong knowledge of data analytics, metrics, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Understand the operations of Oracle and Tableau software systems
• Handle chemicals
• Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Process Technology Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Additional duties as assigned by management

• Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation
• Ability to become certified in Chemical Handling
• Ability to acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications
• Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation
• Basic computer skills

Education:

Associate degree and/or other technical discipline certification or equivalent related experience preferred

Experience:

2 years experience - preferred

Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
