To meet increased demand for our innovative products, we are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team. • Evaluate the manufacturing process to identify areas of improvement.
• Lead projects with overall responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of new products of broad scope into the plant.
• Develop manufacturing processes by studying product design and customer needs.
• Improve manufacturing efficiencies while maintaining the highest level of quality.
• Maintain technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedural document requirements.
• Design and plan equipment layouts.
• Implement ideas and solutions into the manufacturing process.

• Expertise and/or working knowledge of manufacturing.
• Experience in lean manufacturing practices.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to motivate and influence others.
• Proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Office, ERP, time‑keeping, etc.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
