We’re looking for the right person to fill this role. We offer full-time seasonal team members from May through December 2026 with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time role. You must be at least 17 years of age to work in the factory.
Pay: $16.50 per hour plus shift differential (up to $1.25 per hour). Eligible end-of-season bonus. Flexible shift options are listed below.

- 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays)
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
- 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
- 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

Our Temporary Production Associates are customer-obsessed and strive to exceed customer expectations with every order. Production Associates support manufacturing processes by reviewing the Manufacturing Order for product requirements, inspecting parts and materials for quality, and supporting production and packaging activities. They prepare orders for shipping, report orders accurately, maintain organization in the work area, and communicate effectively while managing time and details.
PrimaryJob Responsibilities
- Strong desire to help and take ownership of completing tasks
- Curious with a desire to learn and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Troubleshoot basic and routine manufacturing issues
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested by supervisor/management
- Reading, writing and math skills consistent with a High School Diploma or GED
- Understand basic manufacturing processes
- Able to work with multiple priorities and people
- Maintain inventory storage in a clean, orderly manner
- Strong attention to detail, organization and time management
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, grasp and stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40–45 pounds frequently and assist in team lifts at higher weights
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime (including weekend shifts) as business volumes increase
