• Responsible for quality of parts assembled in a timely manner
• Daily assembly of work in adherence to the quality management system

• Assembly of actuators using various power and hand tools
• Final assembly inspection of parts
• Complete pressure testing of parts
• Follow safety procedures
• Correct documentation (timekeeping, BOMs, prints, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping, etc.

• Mechanical assembly experience in a related industry (preferred)
• Fluid power technology degree (preferred)
• Experience using hand and power tools (hydraulic presses, etc.)
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong math and mechanical aptitude (preferred)
• Comfortable using various computer software
• Ability to use and read measuring equipment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• GWC – (Gets the role, Wants to do it, Capacity to do it)
