Technician II - Non-Exempt

We are seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to the Mechanical & Electrical testing of CRM and NEURO division's products, including pacemakers, defibrillators, and loop recorders. • Some test experience, electrical testing a plus

• Testing and Data Collection
• Ensure conformance to test plans, work instructions, and industry standards
• Prepare, set up, troubleshoot, and utilize test instrumentation and complex test set-ups
• Plan test schedules to manage priorities and maximize equipment run time
• Communicate with management and customers regarding work status and potential disruptions
• Lead and collaborate on projects, performing complex tests and providing updates

• HS Diploma/GED required
• 0-10 years of experience in a relevant field; more experience can lead to adjusted pay and title
• Proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO/IEC 17025 is a plus
• Mechanical, Electrical, and EMC testing experience
• Solder and assembly experience
• Familiarity with calibration and metrology services

• Motivated to learn and be part of a high-functioning team
• Adheres closely to work instructions, policies, and procedures
• Demonstrates safe work practices
• Possesses a background in testing medical devices (preferred but not required)

• 100% onsite work at our facility located in Fridley, MN
• Occasional offsite testing may occur overnight or on weekends
