Production Worker

Nordic Fiberglass is the leading manufacturer of fiberglass products for the underground electrical industry. The Production Worker will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for making quality fiberglass products for the Electrical Industry.

• Produce products at 100% of daily production rates
• Read and interpret work orders and engineering prints
• Trim and roll product using hand and power tools
• Maintain accurate production records
• Inspect material, products, or equipment for defects
• Keep assigned area clean and organized
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

• Learn and follow manufacturing processes
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements
• Read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Lift and push up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the day

• Hourly pay rate: $25.00/hr
