Manufacturing Engineer

Overview

A growing and well‑established manufacturing organization in the Howard Lake area is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. This individual will utilize lean manufacturing principles, six‑sigma problem solving strategies, and creative design solutions to improve and implement processes that drive continuous improvements throughout the entire facility.

This role focuses on improving equipment performance, driving efficiency, and supporting new product and automation initiatives. It requires a hands‑on approach on the shop floor and a balance of desk work and training opportunities.

• CAD (Solid Works preferred)
• Welding (manual/robotic)
• Painting (powder coating/wet paint)
• Knowledge of APQP processes
