Job Overview:
As a Final Assembly - Production Associate at Marvin, you’ll help craft products that make homes better, all while working in a clean, bright, temperature‑controlled facility. This role includes work areas that require frequent heavy lifting, full‑body movement, and handling large materials up to 75 pounds. Every day is active and hands‑on. No experience? We’ll train and support you every step of the way.

Use tools and equipment while following visual and written instructions to keep production moving efficiently

all shifts require mandatory overtime. Monday – Thursday:
Days: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm Pay: $18.50 per hour Evenings: 3:30 pm – 1:30 am Pay $21.50 per hour You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
Ability to lift, move, push, or carry up to 75 pounds throughout the shift

Comfort with repetitive physical movement including twisting, bending, and overhead or chest‑height lifting

High school diploma or equivalent experience (preferred)
