Position OverviewExpress Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and motivated candidates for Welder/Fabricator openings in Hinckley, MN. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on fabrication work, producing high‑quality welds, and contributing to custom‑built mechanical assemblies.
Pay & ScheduleHourly Pay: $22–$24/hour
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday 6:00am–4:30pm Overtime:
Fridays as needed Pay Frequency:

- Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and stainless components according to project specifications
- Fabricate parts and assemblies using blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions
- Operate fabrication equipment
, including saws, grinders, drill presses, and basic machining tools - Fit, align, and tack components to prepare for final welding and assembly
- Inspect finished welds and assemblies to ensure accuracy, structural integrity, and quality standards
- Previous experience in welding and fabrication (MIG/TIG preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with fabrication tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
