Pay:$19.50 - $21.00 per hour
Hours: Full-Time | 1st or 2nd Shift opening | 10 hour shifts, Monday - Thursday

The Product Inspector/Finisher is responsible for inspecting, finishing, and preparing manufactured plastic products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. This role is critical in ensuring only high‑quality products are shipped to customers.

• Inspect molded products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Trim, sand, deburr, and finish products using hand and power tools
• Assemble and add accessory components as required
• Perform final inspection and testing of completed products
• Package and label products for shipment
• Identify, document, and report defective products; perform rework as needed
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Read and follow product specifications and work instructions
• Assist team members and rotate workstations as needed

• Must be 18 years or older
• Willingness to learn and work on your feet in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic mechanical ability or interest in working with tools
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude are a must
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
