Operator Assistant

Operator Assistant – Long Prairie, MN

Pay Rate: $20.35 per hour. Night Shift: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday – Thursday.

This Operator Assistant role is for people who pay attention to detail. You will inspect, assemble, and pack products with care, achieving high‑quality standards and maintaining production goals each shift.

• Experience: Some time in manufacturing is a plus.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Teamwork: Bring your best attitude and help keep the line running smoothly.

• Operate high‑speed packaging machines safely and efficiently with support from team members.
• Follow all Food Safety and Quality Management System policies and procedures.
• Inspect machinery to ensure proper operation and compliance with standards.
• Assist production team members with line tasks and workflow.
• Operate a forklift to move materials to and from workstations as needed.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
