Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Worker - Legacy Turkey - Melrose, MN
Location: Melrose

Legacy Turkey has a Warehouse Worker role available.
  
* Monday - Friday and weekends as needed; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  
* Repetitive Motion, bending twisting, reaching, knife used and lift up to 35lb
  
* Pay Range: $20.10/HR

 This position will:
  
* Fill Plant department orders with supplies from the warehouse
  
* Loading and unloading trucks with supplies for the plant
  
* Keeping accurate daily and weekly inventory of warehouse items
  
* Keep the warehouse neat and clean
  
* Organize and clean the plant spice room and dry storage
  
* Communicate with plant coordinator on orders that need to be filled
  
* Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications are:
  
* Have good organizational skills
  
* Forklift license or ability to get one
  
* Read and write English
  
* Basic math skills - ability to use a calculator
  
* Able to work with minimal supervision
  
* Able to lift 35 lbs.

Working Conditions:

The plant has a range of working conditions depending on the department. Most
 positions operate in temperatures around 40°F, while some areas may be slightly
 warmer or colder depending on the process. As a harvesting facility, certain
 natural byproducts of processing: such as blood or internal materials which may
 be visible in some areas. Majority of roles involve repetitive movements such as
 twisting, turning, reaching, and pulling, require standing on concrete floors or
 workstation platforms for 8 to 10 hours, and the ability to lift to 35 pounds.
