Sealed Air Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Perform precision maintenance, repair, and setup of plastic injection molds ranging from single-cavity to complex multi-cavity high-volume tooling;
Disassemble, clean, and inspect complex mold components, including handling tools weighing thousands of pounds using overhead crane equipment;
Execute tooling changeovers and setups to meet production specifications and schedules;
Troubleshoot visual defects and dimensional issues in plastic parts through bench work and in-press analysis;
Operate precision toolroom equipment including CNC mills, lathes, EDM machines, and surface grinders to fabricate or repair mold components
