2nd Shift Digital Press Operator

Sartell, MN.

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm CST). Training will occur on the 1st Shift (7am–3pm).

• Set up and operate digital print equipment to meet job specifications.
• Follow and execute print runs assigned by the scheduler.
• Open computer path listed on the job order and send to print.
• Verify paper type and other document specifications.
• Load requested paper.
• Monitor product quality during production.
• Complete the order by signing off on the order form sample.
• Provide second verification and deliver the order to the routing area.
• Meet and exceed set quality standards.

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing plant.
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions accurately.
• Basic math calculation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional interaction with internal and external clients/customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Competitive pay range: $18–$21 per hour plus shift differential (based on experience and expertise). Salary may vary within, above, or below this range depending on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
