First Shift 6A-2:30P

Shift Premium + Wet Room Premium for Second

Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
- Monday through Friday

Shift Premium + Wet Room Premium for Third

Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
- Sunday through Thursday

• Read, follow and sign route sheet
• Able to take direction and retain information
• Follow daily work schedules
• Record data in Excel
• Review and inspect work per IPC, ISO, control plans and job aids
• Move work orders in ERP system
• Crosstrain based on business needs
• Gain a general knowledge of continuous improvement
• Gain a general knowledge of lean
• Take responsibility for personal job performance
• Understand and actively participate in 5S initiatives
• Possess basic computer skills (e.g. able to navigate Internet, enter data in Excel, compose and send email)
• Other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 18 years of age
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• PCB manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Able to read, interpret and follow customer and IPC specifications
• Demonstrates a very high attention to detail
• Able to work on feet for long periods of time
• Must successfully complete position specific training and pass the applicable written test
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to support business needs
• Must be comfortable working near and with chemicals.

• English speaking preferred as is the ability to read technical documents and pass certification exams written in English.

We offer a competitive hourly rate in the $20 to $25 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and tied to performance.
