Cabinet Finisher

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Finisher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying finishes to custom cabinetry ensuring a high-quality, smooth, and durable surface. Your expertise will help bring craftsmanship to life by transforming raw materials into beautiful, finished products that meet our standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and be committed to producing high-quality work.

• Prepare cabinet surfaces by sanding, filling, and cleaning to ensure optimal finishing results
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently during the finishing process
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure final product meets our high standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general labor and/or cabinet assembly tasks as needed
• Follow safety protocols
• Maintain communications with team members to keep projects on schedule

• Experience in manufacturing or woodworking environments with knowledge of cabinet finishing techniques (1-2 years preferred)
• Knowledge of finishing tools such as paint sprayers, paint booths, PPE
• Familiar with painting, staining and taping techniques
• Attention to detail and desire to produce quality results
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Physical ability to stand and hold a sprayer for extended periods of time, lift at least 50 pounds, and wear a respirator as needed
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team as needed
• Must have reliable transportation and clean (insurable) driving record

While we prefer a candidate with experience, we are willing to train the proper individual looking for a career and looking to take the time and effort to master a trade.
