Tetra Pak Processing Equipment is looking for 1st shift Welders. As a Welder you will engage in welding and fabrication of stainless‑steel equipment for various customers. Your sense of pride, quality and team ethics will help make our manufacturing operations world‑class.

This position is based in Winsted, MN, USA.

• Responsible for day‑to‑day production in a safe and efficient manner according to planning for on‑time delivery.
• Fabricate stainless steel equipment for the food industry.
• Operate manufacturing and welding of stainless‑steel materials (sheet and pipe) applying TIG and MIG.
• Use general metal shop equipment and tools.
• Perform process checks in accordance with quality requirements.
• Participate in daily improvement activities.
• Participate in multi‑skill training.
• Participate in the team’s WCM (World Class Manufacturing)/5'S activities and reach the level required by the company.

• Technical School Diploma or equivalent in welding/fabrication.
• Previous experience in mechanical related industries.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, recognize welding symbols and drawing specifications.
• Capability to perform physical work including repetitive motions, standing, kneeling, bending over for long periods, and lift 50‑70 pounds.
• Ability to drive a forklift and use lifting devices.
• Drive for Results, fast learner, flexible and adaptable.
• Work in team and individual capacity.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer skills.

Pay Equity:
The following compensation range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position across all U.S. locations.

• Annual Base Salary Range: $49,100.00 – 70,000.00
• Short‑term Incentive (Variable Pay): eligible for a performance incentive of 10%
