CNC Machinist

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team! This role involves operating 3-axis and 5-axis vertical milling machines, as well as a lathe with mill-turn capabilities, using Haas and Fanuc controllers. The ideal candidate will be skilled in CNC programming with Inventor CAM software and proficient in typing and editing G-code on select machines. Knowledge of conversational programming is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain 3-axis and 5-axis vertical milling machines, and lathe with mill-turn, using Haas and Fanuc controllers.
• Program CNC machines using Inventor CAM software.
• Write, edit, and troubleshoot G-code on Haas and Fanuc machines.
• Utilize conversational programming where applicable.
• Maintain high standards for precision, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines, mill-turn lathe, and Haas/Fanuc controllers.
• Proficiency in Inventor CAM software for CNC programming.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and ability to modify as required.
• Experience with conversational programming is a plus.
