Saw Operator - Night Shift

Massman Companies is seeking a Saw Operator in Villard, MN. This role is scheduled on the night shift and involves precise cutting operations, blueprint interpretation, and equipment maintenance. Candidates should have a focus on safety, quality, and independence.

• Monday – Wednesday: 4:00 pm – 4:00 am
• Thursday: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm

• Operate saw equipment to cut materials according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of cuts while minimizing waste.
• Maintain and troubleshoot saw equipment as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

• Previous experience operating saws in a manufacturing or fabrication setting preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Ability to read a tape measure within 1/32.
• Ability to differentiate materials (aluminum, steel, stainless steel).
• Ability to use a belt sander to deburr.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
