Skilled Welder – Exciting opportunity at our Dodge Center, MN production facility.
Compensation- Starting Pay: $20.00 – $28.34 per hour based on experience
- Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour for 2nd shift only
- Pay increases every 6 months based on performance

- Heat and form metal parts and components using hand tools, torch, plasma cutter or other welding equipment; properly position material/parts to be welded and capable of welding all materials at the location
- Operate an overhead crane to maneuver parts safely into place; adjust welding current to correct configurations and accurately operate and read measuring devices
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with safety procedures, rules, and 6S standards; follow all safe procedures in assembling and testing products in the assigned job function
- Train and work in various areas of production in response to production demands
- Passed weld test either through pre‑employment test or internal weld program
- Ability to start and run a welder
- Ability to perform job tasks within one station with little to no quality defects or guidance
- Willingness to learn to adjust own wire
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of applicable position experience
- Understanding of quality defects within welded products
- Ability to read and use measuring devices
- Eligibility for medical, prescription, dental and vision insurance beginning Day 1 of employment
- Up to ten thousand dollars each year for tuition reimbursement to pursue or continue education
- 401(k) plan with company match ($0.50 for every dollar up to 6%)
