• Must be capable of operating and running all assigned machines, workstations, and/or assembly operations on the production floor as noted on the production document after training and supervision
• Understand written and verbal work instructions, including proper operations of the machine and performing light maintenance on equipment
• Set up all workstations
• Proactive at increasing efficiency and productivity
• Accurate in/out of inventory transactions
• Understand quality criteria and identify quality concerns, including familiarization with common visual defects and problems with process
• Suggest quality and process improvements (FABW)
• Use correct materials, equipment, and gauging
• Proper identification and labeling of product
• Rework when necessary
• Maintain a clean working environment and workstation
• Understand company quality policy and general safety rules for all employees
• Other related duties as assigned

• Routine lifting up to 50 pounds
• Required to stand or sit up to 8 hours per day
• Repetitive hand motions including squeezing and gripping up to 200 times per hour, arm motions while packing parts or operating secondary operation equipment at waist level to above shoulder level
• Good vision is required for visual inspection of parts for dirt specs, color variations, and swirls, and close detailed work
• Repetitive bending, stooping, or twisting
• Will be required to wear safety glasses and hearing protection per plant safety rules

• Basic reading, writing, and math (ability to count) skills
• Ability to verbally communicate with others on many different levels within the organization
• Forklift operator or trainable
• Job-specific training
• Knowledge of where to find information on the production document to pull materials
• Organization of where materials are located
