My Team here at Adecco Permanent Recruitment specializes in direct placement recruiting and partners with companies throughout the country to help them recruit and hire skilled professionals for their Teams.

One of our best customers has asked for my help to hire a skilled 2nd shift Production Supervisor in Madelia, MN.

** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* + Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production schedules

+ Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies

+ Collaborating with the quality control team to maintain and improve product standards

+ Developing, implementing, and adjusting production schedules as needed to meet organizational goals

+ Monitoring production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions

+ Managing, training, and supporting production staff to foster a high-performing team environment

+ Preparing and maintaining accurate production reports and documentation

** This position offers:*
* + A base pay salary in the $70K range (depends upon experience, credentials and years of relevant experience)

** Pay Details:**  $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
