• Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required – willing to train the right individuals
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required; must be willing to learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to listen and follow specific directions and instructions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Support team goals and help maintain a productive work environment
• Ability to work efficiently under stressful situations
• Able to lift 50 lbs throughout the day
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday

• Manufacture, package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Ensure products meet quality standards
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fill jugs on the line
• Label jugs and packages
• Package items
• Place containers and jugs on pallet to be wrapped
• Work under minimal supervision

• May accrue up to 48 hours of paid sick time per year
