• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• 0-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment (Desired).
• Experience with clean room manufacturing.
• Experience with good manufacturing practices in a regulated industry.

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications, including visual, dimensional, functional, and physical testing on product from all departments.
• Perform all duties per appropriate work instructions.
• Complete required documentation.
• Verify packaging and documents for shipping parts.
• Perform accurate data entry.
• Collaborate and gather documentation or data, test product or materials for root cause analysis, investigations, and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Communicate orally in a professional, courteous manner. Write clear and concise communications.
• Serve as a good team player.
• Use Lean Enterprise methods to reduce waste and complexity in all processes and organize work area.
• Ensure work area is clean and safe.
• Assist with filing or scanning for QA Dept.
• Able to accurately scan processing records to computer files for archiving.
• Stand and sit (maintain stationary position).
• Move with mobility (walking).
• Climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, etc.
• Lift/push/pull up to 401 pounds.
• Use hands/fingers to grasp, handle, feel.
• See (detect, determine, perceive, identify, etc.).
• Talk/hear (communicate/exchange information).

• May be eligible for 5 paid holidays.
• May accrue up to 48 hours of paid sick time per year.
