Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for the overall maintenance strategy, encompassing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of skilled technicians, fostering a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. The role demands a deep understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering departments to maintain the highest standards of operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CMRP, PMP) are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Working Conditions
Environment
- Work primarily in a manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery and equipment.
- May require occasional lifting of heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
