Volt is immediately hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift Line Operator paying $21.50 an hour in Dalbo, MN.

As a Line Operator you will:

• Prepare, operate, maintain, and stock assigned production line or station
• Maintain equipment in full operational status by adjusting equipment
• Ensure operation of equipment by troubleshooting malfunctions and notifying the proper individuals when needed for preventative maintenance or issues needing attention
• Maintain quality by observing operations, adjusting with speed controls, and troubleshooting
• Maintain and clean equipment according to guidelines and expectations
• Report on any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.

This is a Temp to hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in a cold environment
• Forklift experience is a PLUS!
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience

Shifts that are open:

2nd Shift: (2:00pm - 10:00pm) M-F or 3rd Shift: (10:00pm - 6:00am) M-F

Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour for both shifts

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
