Maintenance Technician

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a manufacturing company in Mora, MN. In this role, you’ll support facility and equipment reliability in a production environment, helping minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

Inspect facility equipment regularly to identify issues and prevent breakdowns

Troubleshoot and repair printing and packaging machinery to reduce downtime

Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance logs and parts inventory

Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance

Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Must have 1–3+ years of maintenance experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Must have strong mechanical aptitude with some knowledge of plumbing, electrical, welding, heating, and refrigeration

Must have experience working with power/hand tools and tape measures

Ability to work independently and stay goal-oriented

Understanding of production operations and workplace safety requirements

Reliable attendance and transportation to the Mora, MN facility

Ability to follow safety policies and company procedures
