Job Title
Perform hand soldering and rework non electronic components (SMT & through-hole) as per IPC-A-610 standards.
Assemble medical device sub-assemblies using soldering irons, microscopes, and hand tools.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Inspect solder joints and assemblies for defects, quality, and compliance.
Follow GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations applicable to medical devices.
Maintain accurate documentation and batch records.
Handle sensitive electronic components following ESD and cleanroom protocols.
Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to resolve issues.
Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and contamination control standards.
Diploma / Bachelor / Certification in Electronics, Electrical.
Proven experience in precision soldering (medical devices or electronics manufacturing preferred).
Knowledge of IPC soldering standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001).
Experience with SMT and through-hole soldering.
Ability to work with microscopes and fine-pitch components.
Basic understanding of lean manufacturing and quality systems.
