Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Sheeter Operator workers for a manufacturing/printing/packaging company in Mora, MN. In this role, you’ll help convert rolls into high-quality sheets while supporting food safety, quality standards, and efficient production operations. What You’ll Do as a Sheeter Operator:

Set up and operate sheeter machines according to job tickets and specifications
Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate sheet size, count, and quality
Monitor machine operation and inspect sheets for defects or quality issues
Record production data, waste, and downtime accurately
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on sheeter equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and SQF standards
Communicate equipment, safety, or quality issues to supervision

What You Need to Bring to the Sheeter Operator Role:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Previous sheeter, converting, or manufacturing experience preferred
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read measurements, job tickets, and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
