Trim Press Operator

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Trim Press Operators for a manufacturing company in Alexandria, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality parts while maintaining safe and efficient production standards. Perform quality checks and accurately document results

Report non-conforming parts or dimensional issues to a supervisor

Follow all work instructions, procedures, and job documentation

Operate trim press equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain inspection records and production documentation

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

High School Diploma or GED

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Ability to understand and follow work instructions and basic ISO standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to stand for a full shift and perform repetitive tasks

Reliable transportation to the Alexandria area
