Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization specializing in dairy products, is seeking dedicated Food Production Workers to join their dynamic team. As a Food Production Worker, you will be supporting various departments within the production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality cheese products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $19 - $23.50/hr

** Shift:
** 1st, 2nd and 3rd

** What's the Job?*
* + Packaging loaves of cheese on a rotational line in a fast-paced environment

+ Monitoring machinery and ensuring the quality of the product

+ Performing sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas

+ Pulling cheese for production and operating shred machinery

+ Supporting cheese making processes, including monitoring and maintaining equipment

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior experience required; training provided

+ Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed

+ Comfortable working in a hot, humid environment, or cold 40 degrees.

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills

+ Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends
