Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring assembly workers for a manufacturing company in Maple Lake, MN. In this role, you’ll assemble and package light-duty products in a clean, ergonomic environment. What You’ll Do as an Assembly Worker:

Assemble and package balloon kits
Apply two-sided tape to balloons
Perform light-duty, repetitive tasks
Maintain focus to meet daily production quotas
Work in a comfortable ergonomic environment (adjustable tables, cushioned mats provided)
Listen to earbuds while working (if permitted by client rules)

What You Need to Bring to the Assembly Role:

Must have 6 months work experience within the last 2 years
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
Must be able to meet daily quotas and maintain accuracy
Must have tolerance for repetitive work
Must have strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Long-term potential mindset
Reliable and eager to work in a friendly environment
