About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Mixer workers for a food production company in Le Center, MN. In this role, you’ll help create high-quality dessert products while supporting a clean, safe, and fast-paced production environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and working with recipes and equipment, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!

What You’ll Do as a Mixer:
  • Follow formulas and mix ingredients according to production standards
  • Operate equipment such as scales, mixers (Hobart, AMF & VMI), braziers, and melters
  • Record production on daily reports and work center schedules
  • Communicate with Leads and Supervisors to meet production demands
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
  • Report equipment issues promptly and assist during audits as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Mixer Role:
  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6 months of related experience in manufacturing or food production
  • Strong math skills to adjust formulas and measure accurately
  • Ability to follow company standards, methods, and safety practices (GMPs)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Good manual dexterity, motor skills, and hand-eye coordination
